Returns Policy

Sugar Me Smooth offers a 30 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with Sugar Me Smooth products, please complete the following steps to obtain a refund after contacting us at customerservice@sugarmesmooth.com.

1. Provide proof of purchase, date, and venue, if applicable.
2. Return merchandise with all original components and/or pieces.
3. If opened, merchandise must be limited in use, thus representing dissatisfaction upon trial, and not continued use, or acceptance, of the performance of the product.
4. Pay all return shipping costs to SMS.

Procedure

All returns that qualify for resolution directly with SMS must be handled electronically through email. Customers must obtain return authorization approval and electronic instructions to qualify for a refund.

In-Store Sales

All SMS sales through 3rd party resellers, including but not limited to television shopping networks, independent online sellers, or brick and mortar retailers, must be returned through the 3rd party reseller and qualify under the return guidelines of the SMS 3rd party reseller.

Shipping

Sugar Me Smooth currently offers flat rate ground shipping for all orders within the United States. Sugar Me Smooth must have a physical address to ship and cannot accept P.O. Boxes. Shipping applies to one way shipping to one address. Any return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Custom shipping to Canada or other international locations can be arranged through customer service by email.
