Pros: Aloe vera is easy to find, this plant can be grown anywhere has a herb. It also comes in easy forms to use like aloe vera lotions. Aloe Vera has proteolytic enzymes that help repair dead skin cells. It can help soothe sunburns and irritations on the skin. Cons: It can leave your skin feeling sticky when applied, which can be a huge con if you need to go somewhere quickly after applying aloe vera. Pros: Lavender is an amazing plant that can be used in many different forms. The plant is not only beautiful but useful. Pros: Witch Hazel is known to be a great plant found in damp woods of North America. It has unique properties that promote the skin to heal, it also reduces swelling and inflammation! Cons: Witch Hazel does have side effects, it is only intended to be used on the external of your body. It can have some harsh effects if you eat witch hazel. It has been found to cause minor irritations when used in large amounts.
