Be cautious when using Sugar Me Smooth before and after sun exposure to avoid further irritation. Remember to always wear sunscreen for best care of the skin. Sugar Me Smooth will not remove natural tan like wax, but if you have a faux tan it may come off where applying Sugar Me Smooth.

Sugaring, which is made up of natural ingredients, exfoliates the skin so you would need to stop using the prescription for about six weeks before and after sugaring.Â

Is sugaring a good option for people with skin tabs?
When sugaring the skin with skintags, it is good to evaluate the skin to assure there are no open wounds. If the skin is in good condition, hair removal over skintags should be fine.Â

Is sugaring safe for sensitive skin?
ALTHOUGH GENETICS HAVE A LOT TO SAY WHEN IT COMES TO SENSATIVE SKIN, SENSATIVITY CAN BE AN INDICATOR OF DEHYDRATED SKIN
If sensitive skin is a concern, make sure you properly exfoliate, moisturize, and drink lots of water in the days prior to sugaring. Sugar Me Smooth is gentler than a chemical wax and will only remove the top layer of dead skin cells while exfoliating as opposed to painfully removing full layer of skin. Sometimes while sugaring the skin will be red or become irritated. If redness occurs expect it to subside within only 15-30 minutes compared to several hours with waxing.
